Contact limits are not really that cool it should not be capped cause half the leads are always dummy and you cant sit and clean every week
Team members also can be not capped because for lot of clients they had many members for specific tasks
not clear on what they will do with LTD users once they start whatsapp or sms and what do we get in it
cannot create custom status which are already pre defined
Overall i think if the make these edits its the product of the year 😀 rest each can test out their versions.

I have purchased Tier 3 and I was trying to get started, but it already failed at the domain connection. There seem to be errors with the DNS settings, as the specified entries are not allowed. The links to the help documents are not active, and the general support link cannot be clicked either. So far, no one has responded to my chat inquiry, but that might still happen. For now, I cannot give a very positive review, but I haven’t been able to use Swipe-One properly yet. I am therefore willing to adjust my review as soon as the setup has been completed and if I can finally use it. I look forward to your feedback!
